2010-07-13 11:00:00 | A storm? don't know but I have had it before. probably CSS or one of their java/flash apps not loading properly. does it usually display fine? | The Error Guy (14052) | |
2010-07-13 11:03:00 | Try hitting CTRL-R to force the cache to refresh. Failing that, check to make sure you haven't blocked images from that website (or loading from 3rd party websites). | Jen (38) | |
2010-07-13 11:12:00 | The Error Guy: yeah the site does normally load fine in FF. Jen: tried the CTRL-R but didn't work. i havent blocked anything on the site just tried it on my laptop in FF and Chrome; it loads just fine in both:illogical

2010-07-13 11:21:00 | Well start Firefox using its safe mode option (under Program menu) and see if that loads the website OK. | Jen (38) | |
2010-07-13 11:31:00 | the website opens fine in safe mode. on a hunch i checked the AB+ to see if anything was blocked and weirdly there was a whole bunch of images/background stuff blocked , dont remember blocking anything. anyway i unblocked them and all is well. thanks everyone
