| 831074 | 2009-11-17 13:55:00 | For the 2nd night running, when I log into My Vodafone, I get error messages on both Manage Your Account and Manage you Add-Ons. This is just not good enough, a big screw you to VF. Extremely poor service. Does any one else have problems with the VF site? |

| 831077 | 2009-11-17 18:13:00 | One thing I have found is that the site is nearly useless once they have throttled your speed down with their data cap. I went in there a few weeks back to upgrade my account, only to have the site stall after I clicked on the upgrade I wanted. I never got to the point of confirming my choice, and the site wouldn't let me go back in... saying changes were pending. For days after I was still throttled, but the site was saying I was on the bigger data plan (and so shouldn't be throttled). It was days later that they replied saying my plan had been upgraded, and another day before the cap was lifted. Kind of ironic that the capped speeds they enforce on us are useless for using their own site. |

I upped my data last month after going over it. Through the site. Waited a couple of hours, rebooted the modem and I was back to my normal speed. You don't need to wait for any message. |

| 831080 | 2009-11-17 21:07:00 | I've found their Help Desk and Websites to be totally useless both sides of the Tasman. The other thing is if you're a Vodafone customer in NZ they don't want to know you in Aus and vice versa. |

You're drinking the wrong kind of alcohol, Greg - stick with the ethanol, not the methanol: "One sip of methanol (as little as 10 mL) can cause permanent blindness by destruction of the optic nerve and 30 mL (1 imp fl oz; 1 US fl oz) is potentially fatal." Btw, is some one using the 100MB/$10 top up add-on for their iPhone or other phone? my 100mb always seem to be gone in no time, yet I barely visit graphic intensive sites and never watch vids on YT. |
