In short, Chinese restaurants in NZ are NOT a healthy place to dine in. If you got a chance, take a look at their kitchens - you won't go there anymore. Of course, not all Chinese Restaurants are like that but generally, they are. |

The cuts of meat I use are chicken breast, Thin sliced rump or sirloin and pork pieces. Chicken breast is the driest of the lot. Use thighs. Eye fillet is the tenderest, followed by Scotch fillet. Pork - depends which part of the pig. Pork Pieces are usually from the tough parts. |
