1118532 2010-07-14 06:18:00 Why the rush to get off? You've got untill early October.
I've been using Traffic Use Checker for many years now. It is a NZ program for NZ ISP's.
It works well.
http://www.tuc.co.nz/ Ohh, and it's FREE and it is supported by the author who resides overseas.

1118534 2010-07-14 07:53:00 Wasn't webgauge mentioned in a pcworld article a few years back?? I must say the orcon usage meter is helpful tho. especially if you suddenly get 4 friends around. take them to the site and say, see this, if it goes over 42gb you pay for it xD

Which is nice in theory, until they say "Prove we did it". Then where do you stand?

1118535 2010-07-14 09:29:00 stu - if you just want to monitor _your_ usage, then grab any of the free bandwidth meter programs that are commonly mentioned and install it on your PC. somebody (208)

1118537 2010-07-14 22:33:00 if you want to measure bandwidth on a per-device basis, then you'll either need to install a program on each one, or have monitor it at the gateway (router, or a pc acting as a proxy).

if your router supports 3rd party firmwares, tomato and a few others can do this.
