831803 2009-11-20 02:34:00 Then I thought what if an advanced civilization in another Universe did create us, who created them - another advanced civilization - ad inifinitum.

I personally don't want to write God out of this equation ...........the final civilization would do Gods work for him
The word is epiphany.

Congratulations. The rest of humanity has been thinking this sort of thing throughout history.

ALiens, that would be a kind of perpetual motion and is silly.

God. Another silly idea created by men wanting power without needing the threat of a sword. And accepted by people who can't handle the idea of the ultimate non-existence and non-importance in the greater universe.

Gods work? God is supposed to be the ultimate -- he can do his own work. And if this is an example then I want a few words with him about the massive screwups in it.

831804 2009-11-20 06:05:00 I’m equal opportunity atheist.
I deny the existence of all gods, not just one
Christians however deny the existence of all gods except theirs
Isn’t that still atheism??

In the giant fork-up of Thursday night, the giant spaghetti monster was a casualty of the dentrines at their ritual clash.
