Seriously, when you drive down the road and see 10 guys on the side of the road with high-vis vests, 5 of them are holding the truck, 3 of them are smoking and the other 2 are watching the traffic go past. All standing next to a big patch of ground that needs digging or something. Oh and then when they mess up the traffic lights so that it goes green for literally 5 seconds. Gets about 3 or 4 cars through depending on the front driver. If it's an old person then you only get about 1, MAYBE 2 cars through. |
