| 1118721 | 2010-07-14 21:21:00 | Hi, I organise a Monthly LAN in Dunedin. We don't have our own location so obviously this means we have to set up and pack up each time. This however has one problem: rolling up and storing all the LAN cables. Is there a better way? Maybe some sort of magical device that makes it all neat an easy? Any help with this conundrum would be much appreciated. |

| 1118724 | 2010-07-14 22:06:00 | Make the cables your self, they are easy enough, and you can cut to the desired length you require. All you need is a roll or two of cable, Some place like Cables Direct (www.cablesdirect.co.nz) some RJ45 plugs and a set of crimping tools. |

| 1118726 | 2010-07-15 04:07:00 | Apart from possible latency issues and overloading, why not use wireless? surely that would be cheaper for everyone who didnt have a Wi-Fi card to buy one rather than buting all those cables. certainly less messy.
