| 1119969 | 2010-07-19 00:19:00 | I uploaded an updated web page to the server I can read the updated page using 'ftp editor' and people veiwing the page for the first time see the update so it is the curreent page on the server. All I see when I load this site in my browsers is the old page (this page is a frame set) I am using Win XP on my PC and Win 7 on my laptop. Both are using IE and Firefox browsers and both have the same issue I've refreshed the pages a lot using the refresh buttons and F5 and used browser options to delete cache and history several times but still can only veiw the old pages (new ones do not load). How do I get the browsers to refresh from the server How can I delete the cache that keeps loading by default and prevent this recuring |

| 1119972 | 2010-07-19 01:15:00 | Are you absolutely positive you loaded the new page into the correct directory on the server? I use FireFTP and make sure I tick the option to keep directories synchronised to avoid this exact issue. |
