833920 2009-11-26 22:55:00 Tried in IE, FF didn't work just says loading ......:sleep

If it works only in Chrome - then I hope all the moaners are going to complain like they did when MS so called "forced" every one to use IE.

So if only certain functions will work in chrome :rolleyes: ---- Seems to ring a bell, along the lines of people complaining about MS products.

www.imagef1.net.nz Followed your instruction to the letter, tried it on two different PC's, my main work one, and one thats just been installed -- FF with that script posted even after hitting enter and thats from google.com just sits there doing nothing. ---epic fail.

If it only works in Chrome now, it doesn't concern me, but if it only works in Chrome when it's launched then we should complain.

833925 2009-11-27 01:04:00 No I don't think it will only work in chrome. Google believe the internet is open and free. Thats why you can use Microsofts online office suite on Chrome OS. xyz823 (13649)
833926 2009-11-27 01:21:00 Its no big deal anyway - so what if its only testing and not working in all browsers currently, as long as it does when its final - so far looks like " eye candy" so to speak - who cares what it looks like as long as it does what its meant to. wainuitech (129)
833927 2009-11-27 01:53:00 Yeah I like it plain and simple... not a big fan of the Bing backgrounds, just give me a search box and a place to hit "Enter" when I'm done. That's why the omnibar in Chrome is so nice :D Chilling_Silence (9)
833928 2009-11-27 03:06:00 It works for me..

Try this:
Type www.google.com/ncr in your browser URL
Type the code:

javascript:void(document.cookie="PREF=ID=20b6e4c2f 44943bb:U=4bf292d46faad806:TM=1249677602:LM=125791 9388:S=odm0Ys-53ZueXfZG;path=/; domain=.google.com");

Open a new tab and type in www.google.com/ncr again.

www.google.com/ncr forces you to load the US page.
