833959 2009-11-26 23:52:00 I get the feeling that John Key won't get in next election either. Sweep (90)
833960 2009-11-26 23:55:00 Carmon Cic, Goff is only struggling to get noticed and become relevant before he gets rolled. (Which probably won't be too long). :):)

That may be so Rich, but do tell who has stood up and decried Hone's actions.

He said no one should be allowed in Parliament with such an attitude and racists views.

That is all I am saying,so good on him.

833962 2009-11-27 01:01:00 Hone was really the Maori Party's problem. They failed the discipline test. It was not up to Goff or anyone else to interfere publicly. You can bet that some strong opinions were expressed in private though. Goff was again, only trying to score political points. :):) Richard (739)
833963 2009-11-27 01:54:00 Mmm.. . Key needs to take his 60-odd percent for a spin and actually get something done, instead of trying to be everything to everyone. There's a place for keeping people happy, but there's also a place for sacrificing a few points in the polls in exchange for some decent policy. Erayd (23)
833964 2009-11-27 03:03:00 Erayd, such as? What would you like to see? Don't you want to see the NZ economy back on an even keel first? Richard (739)
833965 2009-11-27 03:31:00 I think Key is doing NZ a favour by being PM, he is successful in business like steve joyce.
I dont think he will stand for pm next election if people **** him around.
Blardy lucky having him at the helm during a recession we should count our blessings the labor party would have stuffed it up.

833966 2009-11-27 03:41:00 What are the chances with Labor being so weak that Peters will come out of no where, become the leader of Labor and get elected to PM?

Would be bloody awesome.

Total rubbish.

He should have been drummed out of parliament.

833968 2009-11-27 04:55:00 Total rubbish.

He should have been drummed out of parliament.

Yep, and the PM should have done it.

The man needs to show strong leadership as much as he needs to keep the wheels greased.
