833383 2009-11-25 06:01:00 Better than flagons the flagons went flat after a few days.

Wow! How did you find that out? All our flagons dried out in a matter of a few hours at most.

833386 2009-11-25 08:19:00 yep - so called man-made climate change is a load of BS that has been hijacked by politicians and eco-extremists.
People who push all this crap like it's some sort of religion really annoy me.
We, and generations to come, will be paying for it out of our pocket with no benefit whatsoever. Thanks very much.

833388 2009-11-25 08:27:00 I doubt it's man-made, but it is very likely man-reinforced. qazwsxokmijn (102)

Well the current trend is for cooling. There is no global warming and hasn't been for 11 years. That's why they call it 'climate change'.
But the climate changes and always has done for thousands of years.
Brainwashing the population, making them believe it's us who is responsible for supposedly causing the end of the world, is just a ploy to control us. We will be taxed to death only to be told it's for our own good.

833390 2009-11-25 08:45:00 I've never said global warming. Many now are agreeing to use the term climate change because data varies wildly from place to place and time to time.

Yeah I agree about what you wish to convey. As I said before most of the whole emission tax schemes are a bunch of bollocks designed to borrow money from the future. It's disgusting how countless people are being left out of pocket only to feed proportionately few bastards. It's horrible, despicable I know, but nevertheless SOMETHING has to be done to save what we have from extinction, a by-product of climate change.

And perhaps control the bloody human population. I personally strongly believe that's the biggest problem of all, followed by human greed leading to environmental destruction.

Not at all - there IS climate change. Always has been. It's called "weather"...

833392 2009-11-25 09:48:00 Yes it's absolutely ridiculous to propose that, whereas once there were only a few million of us on the Earth and now there is more than 6 billion using coal, burning oil, destroying the forests by burning and cutting them down, constructing millions of internal combustion engines and running them on fossil fuels, trawling many fish out of the oceans to virtual extinction, this usage of the planets resources could in any way cause the climate to change.

How can supposedly intelligent people be so stupid as to think that humans could in any way be responsible for climate change?
