| 1119533 | 2010-07-16 22:45:00 | I have just upgraded to Windows 7 and like it a lot! But I would like to stop that Hotmail window appearing every time I boot up. Can anyone tell me how, please? | dcsp (9883) | ||

| 1119537 | 2010-07-17 23:34:00 | To stop it opening on startup do the following. On the right of messenger is a drop down arrow, expand it and tick " Show Menu Bar" As shown Here (www.imagef1.net.nz) - then go to the menu bar along the top, click on Tools/ Options - in the list on the left click sign in -- then on the right untick the top box, Automatically run windows live messenger when bla bla bla -- Circled here (www.imagef1.net.nz). Messenger now wont auto run on startup, but it will still run if you double click the icon to launch it. |
