If every person gave up smoking cigarettes tomorrow then where will the Gvt collect the money from? I note also that no tax is collected from users of Marijuana or Heroin, Cocain, P and etc. You seem to be happy to pay the tax on Rum though. It is legal to buy a still and make your own though in NZ for your own consumption. |

All the ad about them being oh so bad... that's mass propaganda so kids think it's badass to smoke. Alcohol addiction causes liver failure. I know one person who died from smoking.. And he was in his late 60s anyway. In fact there is more breast cancer in this world than lung-cancer, as is prostate cancer. I like it when people mind their own damn business when it comes to smoking. The only reason why I would quit smoking, is because it's expensive. Ever it really is that bad, why not ban it? TAXES, TAXES, TAXES. Bastards. |
