832753 2009-11-23 08:07:00 Has anyone had any experience with these guys?

They seem to have the cheapest prices around, but I'm naturally suspicious of too good a deal.

Has anyone bought anything from them? If so, did it arrive on time? Did it seem the genuine article? Did you have any problems worth mentioning?

832754 2009-11-23 09:59:00 I have a friend. Here are his two latest Facebook statii.

Really hopes the massive pricing cock up on cd-wow means I get a whole bunch of games super cheap.

Damn it, Cd-wow reneged on their cock-up :( No really really cheap games.

Make what you will of that.

832756 2009-11-23 10:27:00 A friend of mine ordered Fallout 3 GOTY from them not that long ago, it did have to come all the way from the UK, but I think he got it fine. Netsukeninja (13296)
832757 2009-11-23 10:36:00 My friend, who pointed the site out to me, ordered some of said underpriced stock himself.

He arrived home to a refunded order, which is disappointing. It's still not any indication of them being dishonest or anything though... Dragonage is $30 cheaper on their site than in the cheapest stores I've found. $50 cheaper than Mightyape!

Looking for first-hand positive feedback though, ideally.

You say that the stock was underpriced.
Have you ever heard of E&OE which could be part of a contract?

Just curious.

I personally wouldn't trust them.
They don't have contact details on their site. They aren't even in NZ.

You can buy from overseas game shops anyway, which is all these guys do, then onsell.

832761 2009-11-23 22:41:00 I think I might steer clear. I'd rather spend a bit more and ACTUALLY GET my product.

Speaking of products I've got. I got my Asus Xonar Essence STX (Soundcard) this morning.

Weird sound on computer startup, like a small screw falling to the bottom of the case but in an electronics way... strange.

Love the product though, everything's really rich and present, might see what it does to games...
