Therefore, not all members of the public know how to block the advertisements. There is a flaw with Pctek's point: It is up to the NZ Herald staff themselves to moderate the advertisements rather than having the end-users to use ad-blocking methods to properly view the website. Using an analogy to counter the argument: If you were to eat out at a restaurant and you find that the chair that you are about to sit is broken, do you repair it yourself or do you ask for a new one?
