Just cuz your husband is a top golf player doesn't mean you can't use a baseball bat on him. I wonder what brand of golf club she used and I smell a possible logo-icon sponsorship here. BTW: Domestic violence is a jail-able offense here in the US and if it can be proved - well !!! This is WHY the FHP wants those tapes and the hospital reports. |

Some get employed as Judges but Tiger Woods has the right to remain silent and to defend the matter should any charges be brought according the the law in the state in the USA in which he resides or in which where the alleged offence was committed. In a large number of cases the actual truth will not emerge in any event because some people lie for whatever reason. The news media can speculate and publish but is what is reported the truth? |

Do you believe there was some kind of curfew imposed at that time and in that place and on that person? Why have you gone on record as saying you lie on census forms? Not answering questions is not quite the same as telling a lie. |

Backwards - if SHE hit him, then she goes to jail . If HE hit her, then HE goes to jail . There is no consideration for mutual combat in the US for either spouses hitting or ccausing bodily harm to the other . The uninjured party - or the one with the least amount of physical damage goes to jail . No IFs, ANDs or BUTs . So far, it looks like she was the perp . It's not the right of either to refuse or neglect the situation . The cops will jail someone in the event of spousal abuse . There are no exceptions unless you are a Hearst, Clinton or Schwartzeneger . |

Because its the truth and not sure lying is the term when filling incorrect details on a bureaucratic form, couldn't you use the term protest .
