2010-07-22 09:31:00 | I use doPDF , no problems, I'm sure it would do the job but prob. so would Bulzip etc | Ofthesea (14129) | |
2010-07-22 09:39:00 | I used to use PDF Creator before I upgraded to Office 2010. It is a great open source PDF printer that also has a convert option in the explorer right-click menu. | Greven (91) | |
2010-07-22 09:44:00 | doPDF: majorgeeks.com The one I use pretty good for making very small pdf's with lots of picture content, I use it all the time, have tried many and this is one of the best for free.

2010-07-22 17:03:00 | Another vote for PDF Creator - I switched to it after using Cute PDF for a long time I particularly like its ability to combine various file prints into 1 file. It also appears to have full text searching ability within the file where some of the other PDF creation utilities appear to just take a "picture" of the printable area. Trev

OOo has as many features as Adobe Acrobat Professional and has the advantage over pdf printers that you can go back and edit the PDF file later on. One click export Acrobat Forms Editing your PDFs PDF security and on and on And contrary to previous statements, OOo has been able to export to PDF since Adam was in nappies (or at least since version 1 ;) ) The ability to edit PDF came later. |
