| 835653 | 2009-12-02 01:36:00 | Just read the nzherald today about the Paul henry and Susan boyle story: www.nzherald.co.nz Apparently the nzherald says the HRC are looking to whether Paul henry breached the Human rights act with him calling Susan boyle a "retard". I wonder why the nzherald didn't read the Human rights Act themselves to see if Henry breached it because on lots of other stories the nzherald has actually read the actual Act themselves. Surely Henry's comments were Free speech weren't they? |

I thought it was bloody funny actually. How is this different from the hundreds of talk show hosts taking the piss out of various celebs everyday? Perhaps he should have tried calling her an ugly mother****er and see where that got him. Or maybe I just watch Pippa and don't listen to him at all, that may be the issue here. :drool |
