| 1454548 | 2018-10-19 01:33:00 | Napier is a great place to be today. Warm, not a cloud in the sky and a public holiday as well. Just been to Mitre10 to get a couple of punnets of flowers and ended up spending more than I intended. Always happens when I go there. They were flat out, the restaurants and cafe's at the Port were crowded, and if it was like yesterday the Hawkes Bay Show will be all go again. As I said... Paradise found!! How is it in your areas folk. People starting to get away for the long weekend? Have a great holiday weekend and keep safe on roads and water. Ken :) |

We do hear a lot of reports about regions further north that have had attrocious weather at times that has bypassed us in the south. This can include heavy rain, flooding, tornados and hurricane like winds. When this type of weather bypasses us it makes you glad you live in the south. |
