| 1452172 | 2018-07-30 07:49:00 | I am a tech guy in middle and recently found out an issue with Surface Pro 4. Previously, I have successfully reset login password on several PCs and laptops, running Windows 7 to latest Windows 10. No issue at all. But I can't figure out a way to do it on SP4. P.S i have disabled secure boot in Settings. Hope someone could shed lights on this matter |

Or perhaps the Surface Pro is stolen and that's why the OP doesn't know the login credentials? Pure speculation of course... but if you've forked out the money for a Surface Pro 4 how did you "forget" your own password... just saying #SOUNDSDODGYTOME. Also Secure Boot deals with the BIOS/Firmware detecting UEFI boot devices, so even if you disabled that and the device managed to boot up it will have no effect if you don't know the login credentials. |

Tried a few tools like Ophcrack, iSunshare, NT Password, none of them worked. That is why I am seeking help in here. thanks |
