Yeah - it might until you hit CTRL + and make the pix bigger. You'll see it's two upturned wings, 'cause you can see the feathers in the undersides.

What appears to be the center prong of a trident, is actually a head-type figure - indicative of something that meant something arcane to the designer I guess.
