I believe I did. The instructions given say that when you download the driver under "Run" conditions, the install is automatic. That's what appeared to happen. Also, I saved the download and tried to install from that too. Still no luck. |

One way to find out if the driver installed is to look at Apps and features under settings and see if the driver is listed. |

Double click on the install file, to run the install.
Dont turn the printer on. you can plug it in. Wait for the install to tell you to connect / turn the printer on. Then turn the printer. on. Then it should install the drivers, and work. |

Thank you all. I went back to basics thanks to Speedy and KarameaDave. After reinstalling WIN10 I then applied the printer program and it has installed. Now the fun of loading all of my other programs. Thanks again for your patience. |
