I have installed SP1, remove old AV software and at this moment running Defender. I have tried both the disk that came with the printer and the downloaded verision for the Canon website. TIA Wayne |

| 1452318 | 2018-08-05 23:16:00 | I'm guessing you have Win7 32bit? You probably need to change the version of OS in the drop down menu on the Drivers page. Change it to Windows 7. If you have 64bit Win7, then use the Windows 7 x64 drivers. |
