| 1121730 | 2010-07-23 14:12:00 | i got it im afraid....happens every time i log onto my pc for the first time that day (usually on the windows load up screen) but usually once i reboot its ok for the day. i just dont want to leave it for it to get worse....heres what it says... irql not less or equal 0x0000000a (0x40595930, 0x00000002, 0x00000000x804e668d) i cant think of what i done recently to cause this....the only thing i can think of is that i added 2 512mb ram sticks could this be the problem? if anybody can help me i would greatly appreciate it and if you ned anymore info please ask...thanks |

| 1121731 | 2010-07-23 14:15:00 | What version of windows is it? Try pressing / holding F8 down to bring up the screen when you can select safe mode. Select disable auto restart. Then reboot. Then if the BSOD comes up again, does it show the name of a file or driver? If it does whats the name of the file / driver?? Will it boot into safe mode?? Do the above then select safe mode. This is what it means with XP (support.microsoft.com) |

Get hijackthis free.antivirus.com Install then run it. Click on scan the system and save a log. Notepad will open. Copy (Ctrl-A then paste (Ctrl-V) all of the log back here |
