1122310 2010-07-25 07:46:00 Does anyone have experience of using it? Does it create the projector as an additional monitor, so you can extend the desktop onto it? wotz (335)
1122311 2010-07-25 07:54:00 Have you tried it to find out? Speedy Gonzales (78)
1122312 2010-07-25 08:06:00 Now that would be too easy speedy. I'm currently researching projectors for a ceiling mounted model, so don't have one to try. wotz (335)
1122313 2010-07-25 08:33:00 I saw about half a dozen fitted out recently in both Waimea college and the new top floor of the Munroe building in Nelson, and from what I can tell the teachers/police depends which building your at just plug in their laptops and away they go, I do think you have to press a certain key combo on the laptop to get it to see the projector though gary67 (56)
1122314 2010-07-25 09:16:00 Thanks Gary, but my daughter thinks the waimea college projectors have a vga cable run to the teachers desk. I'm looking at networked projectors. wotz (335)
1122315 2010-07-25 19:48:00 Thinking back (it was last Jan I fitted out the science labs including the teachers desks which I made) and your daughter is correct they do have VGA as do the ones at the Police centre gary67 (56)
