1121731 2010-07-23 14:15:00 What version of windows is it? Try pressing / holding F8 down to bring up the screen when you can select safe mode. Select disable auto restart. Then reboot. Then if the BSOD comes up again, does it show the name of a file or driver?

If it does whats the name of the file / driver?? Will it boot into safe mode?? Do the above then select safe mode. This is what it means with XP (support.microsoft.com)

Uninstall Panda Software, whatever Symantec program you've got and Avira. You should only have one of them.

Then reboot, then get malwarebytes www.malwarebytes.org (http:)

Install then update it then do a full scan

Whatever it finds remove it then reboot again

Then post another log. If its clean, install SP3. Since SP2 is no longer supported
