my dad got this off trade me for $1. it comes with all its cords and its manual.

it has an issue which was described in the auction but seems simple to fix as we have had a similar issue with another camera

when i turn it on i get:

E06
Remove and reattach battery

and then:

E06
Unit in safeguard mode

how do i fix this?

1122716 2010-07-27 09:34:00 You could use the AV cabels that most JVC cameras use to connect it to a portable TV that has a video player and record straight to a tape in the video player  that would be a funny site to see. But really I agree with Karamea unless you can get spears for it. icow (15313)
1122717 2010-07-27 10:46:00 Try some of these (www.google.co.nz) solutions. Although different JVC model they might work.
