| 838761 | 2009-12-11 07:15:00 | For some reason over the last couple of months Ive had people at shopping malls and people knocking on my door trying to get me to sponsor them for a walkathons. Often it is little kids doing the asking with a parent standing near by. Does anyone know if there are any walkathon scams doing the rounds at the moment as it all seems a bit strange to me. 12 year olds knocking on my door on a Friday night trying to get me to sponsor them for a walkathon that is way out in Sth Auckland somewhere, nowhere near where I live. Strange? What do you think? B. |
