However, unlike your experience, the surgeon took responsibility for his failure to turn off the tap, and did the second snip for free. As yours should have done right from the get-go.

Had one 6 years ago, parent gave it to me for a xmas gift,they are about $350, most my parents have ever spent on me:lol:
