| 838182 | 2009-12-09 19:51:00 | My father bought a DVD movie back in September. He said it was rather expensive, anyway, Visa was debited, after a bit, order showed it had been shipped and the estimated time of arrival. Which passed. And passed. So he contacted them to say it was never received and got a response back saying there was no such order/transaction. This went back and forth for some time and he rang me in the end and so I showed him how to take a screenshot of the order page and email it to them. He also printed it all out and physically mailed it. They came back both times saying the same thing - order doesn't exist. So he contacted them again saying he would have to take it further if they didn't sort it. Today he is putting in a Dispute with Visa. I said either Visa will refund him, or he'll find a sudden burst of interest from Amazon. Pretty poor though really, even I could see his order. |

| 838186 | 2009-12-10 05:00:00 | I had a situation a while back with a local company. I paid for goods by visa and they never delivered or answered any emails. B'st'rds. So I spoke to my bank (National) and filled in a dispute form. Got a charge back after about 3 weeks. |
