| 839080 | 2009-12-13 03:25:00 | Saw some alfonsino steaks for sale at the fishmarket today and would have tried but it looked a bit dry. So opted instead for kingfish. My query is - should it look just like other fish and glisten a bit when fresh, or does it naturally look dryer ? Misty :confused: |
