| 1123661 | 2010-08-01 01:35:00 | MY Mastercard ,some years old with large unused balance,is being rejected by overseas sites as not valid.No problems with NZ use by internet or supermarkets etc. Any ideas ??? |

| 1123662 | 2010-08-01 01:52:00 | All international sites or just some sites. Some international sites don't accept cards from certain locations or from outside there country for online transactions. CebuPacific for example will happily accept my NZ Visa when done over the counter but fails to accept the same card when booking on line though it will accept my Philippine work visa card on line. At one time TranzScenic in NZ would reject Visa and MasterCards from Indonesia when booking on line but would accept them happily over the counter. Or in your case it could be some other reason. |

The sites were Us and UK renewals of magazine subscriptions that were used before (same card) |

Not out of date is it? They are usually replaced every two years. My last replacement card had changed the security number on the back by one digit which created a problem until I spotted it. |
