1125123 2010-08-07 00:51:00 Is there a file path for the recycling bin in windows? icow (15313)

1125126 2010-08-07 02:21:00 You will need to have this unchecked before you will see it...

"Hide protected operating system files"

which is in

Tools/Folder Options - View Tab

(thats in XP - yours will be somewhere similar in other OS's"

Is there any other way of doing that? e.g regedit or other?

1125130 2010-08-07 02:45:00 I'm not running windows though, just emulating the environment to run .exe's. I tried to delete one thats on a C:/ that doesn't exist (99% of Macs use Z:/) but deleting it only moved it to the C:/ trash. Thats why I'm looking for another way as I can only launch .exe's not look at settings (p.s I can't access the files on the drive as the drive address is ../drive_c which doesn't exist. Any ideas? icow (15313)
