| 840887 | 2009-12-18 10:28:00 | Have a car since 1995, obtained great years. Got a wof, may not get it next time, wanna sell for whatever I can get. I have read the fees and etc on the website. If you do not sell the car do you just pay the $50 entry fee or do you also pay comm? Cheers. |

They don't say whether the commission rate is charged if the sale is not successful but I assume it is only for successful sales. So they charge only the $50 entry fee. If you sell 2x unsuccessful I assume they bill you $100. We figured we will just sell to some junk yard and get $50 for a working car. It has rust at the boot hinge that we were told this is the last time for the wof. The outside of the car looks fine thou, all waxed and etc.... If we sell at turners, I think it cost $50 then $150 extra if we set no reserve, so we pay $200 together if it sells for $2,000 or if it sells for $10. If we set a min reserve it is $50 + $250 provided it meets the reserve. If no sale we forfeit $50 each time.... We will just use the car for the next 6 months and sell it to a junk yard. |
