Martynz I find it funny that one of those so called scientist behind that report had to threaten to go to court to get his name removed. I really think you need to do a lot more homework on the whole IPCC caper. |

This whole global warming theme reminds me of the space aliens who arrive on earth and tell all the inhabitants that since the earth is now a glowing nuclear cinder from unrestrained atomic wars (where were the aliens when they could have interceded in the wars? Huh?) and that they have arrived to take the humans off to a new Valhalla - if the earth men let the aliens have all the earth women to repopulate THEIR own world. California, however, is drought-ridden and Der Governator wants to save a snail darter fish and let the humans die of thirst. The Salinas and Imperial Valley (California) farmers are not going to get any more Colorodo River water and since the Sacramento Delta is now brackish and not suitable for crop irrigation - the farmers are all quitting and going on welfare. This whole Global Warming is a political football. But they keep on building water thirsty golf courses and pools and lakes and Koi ponds for Japanese/Korean/Chinese tourists. Where are these space aliens when we need them? |
