If you need credentials then phone them up and ask. Then get out pen and paper and write same down.

I peferr using Remote Desktop Connection. Most windows computers come with it now days. Any way I could still get the Address. Is it the one that has my internet connection company on?

1125267 2010-08-08 03:18:00 Cant help you since I don't use it, and its pretty useless IMO. Most computers may come with it. It doesn't mean people use it. The only thing with it once you log in you'll cut the other person out of their computer. With teamviewer the other person will stay on their computer. And see everything you do. Speedy Gonzales (78)
