1125255 2010-08-07 09:47:00 Hey
I would like to connect to a Remote Desktop Connection. It asks for a computer name or IP address. How do I find out that?
Thanks

1125256 2010-08-07 09:50:00 Use teamviewer instead. Its easier to use. I take it you want to get into someone else's system?? That's what its for Speedy Gonzales (78)

1125260 2010-08-07 10:03:00 No you dont need remote desktop if you use teamviewer. Just install this ask the other person (both of you have to install it), for the ID and password in teamviewer. Then log in Speedy Gonzales (78)
1125261 2010-08-07 10:18:00 Thanks.

1125262 2010-08-07 10:21:00 If youre talking about teamviewer, you dont need a username. Teamviewer gives you an ID and password. Thats what you need to ask the other person for. So you can log into their system Speedy Gonzales (78)
1125263 2010-08-07 10:29:00 How does the other person get the ID. When I set mine up I got no ID AZ1 (15478)
1125264 2010-08-07 10:36:00 So when you run teamviewer, there's nothing under wait for session saying ID and password? Speedy Gonzales (78)
