| 1126055 | 2010-08-09 13:48:00 | i am getting too much Not Respondings in firefox on my laptop. it has been happening to on my main pc. it is now beyond a koke (it did it during this sentence). i do not have any viruses. i have ran ccleaner. another wierd thing is that my hard drive is loading hard out. i have check in task manager and hardly any cpu power is being used. |

| 1126063 | 2010-08-10 03:49:00 | i uninstalled zone alarm and a few other apps i don't use, and now the laptop works fine and the desktop icons were nearly instantly shown at startup. my only problem is, now zonealarm has left my main pc hanging, and it will not let me go into safe mode because it says my windows xp is not genuine |

Assuming the windows IS genuine, then you may need to do a repair install, then fix the damage done by ZA. From MS: Read this (social.microsoft.com) IF you also have infections they can cause this, as well as say XP is not Genuine -- Its been mentioned several times ZA is hopeless. |
