| 842931 | 2009-12-25 05:57:00 | hi .. i bought a new computer and i have this cideo card that i've been tryin to install on my computer lately .. anyways .. i change my primary video card to the onboard one through bios .. but its still booting from the on board one... any ideas ... dont tell me the mobo aint workin or the VGA aint workin both tested and workin perfectly .. but this mobo is weird .. any help?? | S00sick (15531) | ||

Onboard should be disabled. yeah but in my drivers list i cant c my pci express driver .. but i know its installed cuz i installed it .. and if i disabled the other one im pretty sure nothin is gonna happen but my resolution will get ****ed up anyways ill give it a try |

| 842939 | 2009-12-28 20:38:00 | didnt work guyz.. .any help i have a gateway gt5056h and i tried installing a new video card its msi n9500gt but the mobo wont recognize it as it boots for the onboard video card went to bios and changed the primary video card to he pci express one but nothing happened tried my video card on another computer and it worked .. so im sure that my mobo and my video card are workin ... but theres something wrong cuz its always starting the computer from the onboard 6100 video card ... hope i can get help .. i really need it thank you:) |

| 842940 | 2009-12-28 22:14:00 | If you want to take it to extremes, you could TRY and reset the bios by removing the battery for ten minutes and reinserting it. It would mean setting up the bios settings again (take notes) |
