Oh well, now I'm only $150 off a Flip Mino HD :D

842863 2009-12-25 08:13:00 This is what I did today:

I get one of those containers a day now, chopped the **** out of them and there's still loads.

My neighbour over the fence now has a raspberry patch too.
Ooops......

Yum - I'm picking raspberries here too! Not as many as you though - lucky if I get a container like that a week!! (Only a few canes though, but more every year!)

Chocolate (which, of course, becomes "family" chocolate as soon as it's opened)
Books (Ewan McGregor and Charlie Boorman's adventures through Africa and Boorman's trip to Aussie)
A shirt (too small, so immediately becomes property of my 15 year old son)
6 x 570ml red wine glasses
A new beach towel (to replace my last beach towel, which I was given as a 21st birthday present, and is - shock! horror! - threadbare)

And over-fed: steak, sausages, guacamole, fancy bread, green stuff (AKA 'salad', I understand), beer, pavlova and strawberries - plenty left for a picnic tomorrow...

842864 2009-12-25 18:05:00 Got an empty box that had my PlayTV which arrived a couple of weeks ago and I couldn't wait to open.

A foot bath/massager from Santa Pictur frames from Son/D in L and a notebook from Grandaughter.

To much food as usual - but had a great Christmas with family and friends.

Brilliant - except it has only a few hours ahead on the EPG. Great interface and simple to use. Only can record 1 channel at a time but you can watch another or previously recorded stuff. When they get the EPG sorted with Freeview it should be released for sale here. The Freeview EPG will degrade it though as it is pretty crap, but I believe Sony is looking to a software solution using the info but showing their own EPG. Who knows??

If you have a PS3 it is really cheap way of going the PVR way. Cost me $143 all up from "My Memory" in the UK (Channel Islands) and arrived in 5 days from ordering. Setup was simple and a firmware (1.21) download is needed to see NZ stuff. That is easy to do as well.

In all... chuffed with it!
