Its perfect, and there is no victims, only inconvenince which turns into the "almost victim" being better off |

Taking illegal drugs makes victims in that some people have to commit theft in order to feed the habit. Even legal drugs like tobacco and alcohol may affect other people. Speeding can cause other people to take avoiding action. Trespassing on a farm can cause distress during lambing and calving. True, but then, it aint a crime if you don't get caught... ? :p |
