| 1126000 | 2010-08-09 11:42:00 | Has anyone had problems getting email through vodafone today? This afternoon I had a bunch of emails apparently disappear with the error message in the screenshots. Then later all the emails came through and it has been all right ever since. | Tony (4941) | ||

I'm looking forward to the apology email from Vodaphone / ihug If you are a communications company YOU SHOULD be communicating with your customers . I shouldn't have to ring your help line or read your forum, you have my email address therefore YOU should be contacting me for a system wide problem . Now, how about a credit for the missed and bounced emails and slow browsing speeds of the last couple of weeks . . . . |

| 1126008 | 2010-08-18 07:27:00 | Problems with ihug mail is not uncommon, they must have the worst mail servers of any ISP. Frequently the pop server will not respond or it takes an extended period to login. Unless you are doing a manual mail check you may not notice but it can be quite frustrating. | Safari (3993) | ||
