Tick turn off advanced text services. 1127929	2010-08-17 00:16:00	I had xp with 256mb of pc100 ram and it went fine even on a celeron 700mhz. My recomendation: reinstall windows then get SP3 (update IE while you're there). If it's still slow, get more RAM.	jareemon (5207)

But as mentioned, more RAM, and installing some updates (for security if nothing else OMG!).	inphinity (7274)
