Just try to reduce the things that you do that impact adversely on the people (or fur-people) you love .

Doctors have lots to answer for,over prescribing.

It happened to me too.

I had no choice then, they were anti-epileptic drugs, take them or suffer the consequences. They affected me too much. ie: their side effects / memory loss. I couldnt handle work (when I started work), while taking them. So decided to get rid of them, once and for all. And I dont regret it. Now, I can remember what I've done for the past 19 years
