any tips for making a "system restore" type DVD?

basicly i want to clone the working system, and have a bootable dvd image....


any free products for this??

I have used drive image XML, I will then build a bart PE disk for them with drive image XML included.

at the end of the day any restore from this image will be done by me, they get me to do any /all work on the computer.
