1130025 2010-08-20 21:53:00 So far I have burned 4 video dvds, using two different applications, both of which convert and burn.
All of the dvds, when played either in my computer or in a dvd player, have all come out with no sound, and have a different flow of motion, not sure what it is or how to describe it except it looks like a 'motionflow' tv.
Im not sure whether NTSC/PAL have much to do with this, I burned a dvd in PAL last night with a good 3rd party program, and the others were in windows dvd maker, which doesnt specify options for ntsc/pal so im not surer what it what burned in. Does this matter?

1130026 2010-08-20 21:57:00 You should keep it in the same post as the other one. NTSC is american. Altho TV's here do support NTSC. PAL is NZ. So, did you burn to cd or DVD? Burning to CD will make a diff Speedy Gonzales (78)
