849190 2010-01-16 05:48:00 Many years ago I went to plug in a lamp, grabbed the cord to plug it in, what no plug. It was still lying on the floor. A kitten I had at the time had chewed through the cord. Lucky for the kitten it wasn't plugged in at the time.

849191 2010-01-16 07:08:00 Always leave a few leads plugged in and switched on. Those pets that chew them will be educated by natural selection removing them from the gene pool while flinging them into the wallpaper pattern. In the interests of personal health, use earmuffs and do not attempt mouth to mouth on sparking pets. R2x1 (4628)
849192 2010-01-16 07:19:00 I went through three keyboards and a few audio cables when I was younger. The joys of having a pet rat :D trinsic (6945)

849195 2010-01-16 18:40:00 I walked past my tomato room the other day and noticed it was dark. Go in and the plug from the multi-power box was lying on the floor.

Plug it back in the wall and Fffzzzzzzttttttt.
Rip it back out, it was all hot and scorched. It must have blown out of the wall earlier.

Get replacement multi-power box, plug light back in, bulb is now dead. Buy replacement bulb...........sigh......

Can't blame any animals either.

849196 2010-01-16 20:18:00 My cousin's rabbit was responsible for chewing through their TV power lead. They know it was the guilty party as all the whiskers on one side had frizzled up. Jen (38)
