1131365 2010-08-24 13:21:00 aloha folks...
if anyone is out there...my problem is this..
when shutting down my open files after a few hands of solitaire...lastly closing outlook...before switching the computer off...microsoft encountered a problem and went to blue screen...restarted it ok, and saw the note that a problem had been encounterd but was all fixed...went to start up outlook and...it wont open..note reads
"cannot start Microsoft Offfice Outlook. Cannot open the outlook window"
any one got any clues...?

1131369 2010-08-24 16:05:00 I would suggest you try Start > Run > and type "outlook.exe /resetnavpane"
without the quote marks. There is space between the exe and the forward slash.

1131371 2010-08-24 22:05:00 What did the BSOD say? Speedy Gonzales (78)
1131372 2010-08-24 22:07:00 Could have been caused by file corruption, or something simply not shutting down correctly. wainuitech (129)
