Since Alinghi won Americas CUp in 2007 what has the progress been so far as to the next americas cup challenge regatta ? From what i hear Alinghi and BMW Oracle will face off for the title is this true ? I thought there was alike a challenegers regatta where everyone competed and then the winner goes on to challenge the defender . Just like it happened in 2007 Is this not the case anymore? If someone can tell me the current cup format and timeline and whos playing who and where Team NZ stands in all this...etc that would be great Thanks |
