1130927 2010-08-23 07:37:00 Hi, i have a PC i built from spare parts but i cant get any sound through the sound card or the inbuilt sound card, i have checked the speakers and they are fine, i believe i have installed the drivers correctly but it says there is no driver in the device manager. any ideas on what could be wrong? thanks smithinator (15240)

1130935 2010-08-23 08:35:00 Make and model of motherboard as already said would help.

In my BIOS it is under Advanced, On board device config, AC97 Audio then disable same.
